Refund & Cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, subscriptions, credits, and services provided by RadiantTemplates.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using any digital services offered through this website, you (“Customer,” “User,” “You”) agree to the terms stated below.

1. Digital product nature

RadiantTemplates provides digital access services, including template copying credits, Webflow template transfer mechanisms, and access-based subscription features.

All services are intangible, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase only if no template copy action has been performed from your account.

Refunds are strictly limited to accounts that meet all of the following conditions:

  • No templates have been copied or cloned
  • No “Copy to Webflow” actions have been triggered
  • No copy credits have been used
  • Account access has not been used in any way that consumes digital service delivery

If even one copy action is recorded, the subscription is considered delivered and consumed, and becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. Template copy verification

For the protection of both users and our business, all template copy actions are recorded in our system, including but not limited to:

  • Date and time stamp
  • Template ID
  • User account ID
  • IP address
  • Browser agent
  • Transaction ID

Our logs serve as final and legally binding evidence of service usage.

4. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

  • Accidental clicks
  • Multiple clicks on copy buttons
  • Browser blocking pop-ups
  • Lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of features
  • Failure to read product description
  • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side
  • Dissatisfaction with template design selection
  • Inability to locate a template or search results
  • Not using all monthly credits
  • User device or browser problems
  • Login issues caused by Google login conflicts
  • Failure to download or copy before subscription expiration

Users are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, and internet settings support digital delivery.

5. Chargeback & Dispute policy

Filing a dispute or chargeback after accessing any digital service is considered fraudulent.

We reserve the right to:
  • Provide all server logs, payment records, and activity data to the payment provider
  • Permanently terminate the user’s account
  • Deny future access to services
  • Pursue legal remedies where applicable

Users who perform chargebacks after template usage acknowledge and agree that our digital records supersede claims of non-delivery.

6. Refund request process

To request a refund, the user must send an email to: hello@radianttemplates.com

The email must include:
  • Registered email address
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds, if eligible, will be issued to the original payment method only. No exceptions.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider
  • Bank institution
  • Region and currency

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

8. Subscription renewals

Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Important: Refunds are not provided for renewal charges if access was not cancelled before the renewal date.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage subscriptions from the account dashboard.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard.

Cancellation does not issue a refund for any unused credits or remaining days in a billing cycle.

10. Legal acknowledgment of digital access
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge:
  • Instant access is delivered at the moment template copy functionality becomes available
  • Using any copy action waives the right to request a refund under digital goods law

This policy complies with standard digital content regulations and exemptions under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • EU Digital Goods Directive
  • India E-Commerce Rules for Digital Services
  • US Digital Product Non-Return Policy
  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Digital Content)
11. Abuse & Fraud prevention
The Company reserves the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts if:
  • Excessive refund requests are made
  • Fraud, chargeback, or dispute patterns are detected
  • Activity indicates automated or malicious usage
  • Multiple accounts are created to bypass limits
12. Changes to this policy

We may update, modify, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be published on this page with a Last Updated date.

Continued usage of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata/India.
