Welcome to RadiantTemplates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, templates, digital products, and related services available at RadiantTemplates.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

1. Accounts & authentication

You may create an account manually or sign in using Google Login. By using third-party authentication you permit us to access the basic profile information required to create and maintain your account (name, email, profile image, account id).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use.

2. Local client-side storage & functionality

The Service uses localStorage for essential functionality. Examples include:

• auth_token — used for keeping the user logged in during a session and included in authenticated API requests.
• email — stored for UI personalization and convenience (prefilling forms).
• userOfferCountdownEnd — a timestamp used to persist an in-browser countdown so the offer appears consistent across reloads.

These storage items implement necessary functionality and do not require cookie consent. We document them in our Privacy Policy and give users mechanisms to delete their account or clear local data by clearing browser storage.

3. Use of templates & license

Templates and digital products are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and business use. You may modify templates for your projects or for client projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense templates as-is, or claim ownership of the original design. If you customize templates the custom content you create is yours, but the underlying template remains subject to RadiantTemplates' IP rights.

4. Payments, refunds & purchases

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances such as duplicate transactions or if the product materially fails to perform as described. Chargebacks without prior notice may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service (designs, text, code, images, and other assets) is owned by RadiantTemplates or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Data protection, GDPR & processors

We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and store personal data. We use third-party providers (sub-processors) such as Webflow (hosting), Google (authentication), cloud storage, payment processors, email delivery providers, and analytics vendors. We maintain Data Processing Agreements with our processors and take steps to protect personal data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RadiantTemplates and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties

Templates and services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring that any template you use is suitable for your needs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, abuse, or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time. On deletion we will remove your personal data except where retention is necessary for legal or tax reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. For material changes we will provide a notice (banner or email) and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; if unresolved, disputes will be handled through the courts or arbitration as required by local law.

12. Data breach & notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
